I was initially drawn to yoga by the need to connect with myself and the desire to calm my mind is currently the most affecting somatic approach to yoga as a dancer I am fascinated by the human body and its possibilities — I bring these body-experienced knowledge into my lessons and I constantly explore the interconnectedness of body, mind and soul

Jaký je můj styl:

“consciously practiced yoga flowing on a wave of breath and watchful attention” In the lessons I emphasize the correct execution of positions and transitions between them, as well as on the breath, which is the main guide for us. With the help of breath and attention turned inward we quiet the mind and connect more deeply with our own body when stretching and strengthening the body we proceed from the principles of healthy movement in relaxation we guide the body Even the mind is relaxed and calmed by conscious practice, we develop an awareness of ourselves and everything that happens. The lessons are balanced, restorative and revitalizing.
