Pro koho jsou mé hodiny učeny:

My lessons are suitable for all ages, including non-athletes who have a sincere interest in their health and body development looking for ways to start... Pregnant women can also arrive with the need to forward information about pregnancy (or its intention) (but I prefer to recommend other lessons directly to pregnancy yoga).

Co mne inspirovalo:

In my practice, I was most influenced (and still influenced) by my teachers (including our Helča), studies in India, anatomy, texts and at the same time many students who are also the inspiration for my passion in studying and especially my (by many years) younger brother, who represents our country in kickboxing in the world. He is my engine.:)

Jaký je můj styl:

I teach physio yoga, which is specific in its emphasis on more precise procedures during the practice of individual asanas (positions), which lead to the adoption of healthy and, above all, effective ways and the habit of developing strength and flexibility of the whole body with an emphasis on increasing joint mobility. During my lesson, a lot of attention is focused on breathing, conscious movements and subsequent relaxation, without which yoga would not be yoga.
