Vinyasa yoga classes are designed for students who already know the basic positions, because they alternate dynamically during the lesson and there is no time to explain them in detail. The lesson will be appreciated by students who are looking for a smooth dynamic style of yoga. Vinyasa yoga is not suitable for pregnant women, but it depends on individual agreement. Lessons are conducted in Czech, but I can provide basic instruction to English-speaking students.

The biggest break in my personal and teaching practice came during an instructor training in Mysore, India, where I discovered the magic of traditional Vinyasa yoga. Since then, I have been passing it on in the same vein in my lessons. But my practice in recent years has also been influenced by the style of Iyengar yoga, which has made me learn to really understand the body settings in asanas.

Most often you will meet me at Vinyasa yoga classes, a dynamic style combining traditional poses and transitions between them. You don't have to be afraid of any breakneck gymnastic positions. The lesson is conducted traditionally, but taking into account the principles of healthy movement and for heavier positions, a suitable option is always offered. In addition to Vinyasa Yoga, I also focus on lessons for beginners, restorative yoga and individual lessons.
